Ticket Delivery
We normally send tickets to
your hotel in Vietnam by trustful Express Mail Service. If you have not yet made
hotel booking for your stay in Vietnam, We can offer to you hotels in all cities
or provinces in Vietnam from economic rate to super deluxe hotels or resorts.
If we are requested to send materials from Vietnam to foreign countries, it
takes longer time and we do not take the risk of loss nor no arrival. We prefer
to send materials to your hotels in Vietnam. It is safe and cheaper cost.
If you wish to have your tickets sent oversea, we might use famous courier
service, which is trustful and traceable to your home or office address. Please
show us your full detail address for international EMS. In this cases, please
place order for international delivery and please contact us for EMS cost. We
will add international mailing fee basing on fee table of EMS service providers
in Vietnam.
Refund & Cancellation
We never handle ticket refund in any cases. Please visit to the operator by
yourself, and ask refund at the counter. Also refundable amount is based on
their policy. Normally refund fee will be 20% of the ticket price.
Cancellation after your order has been completed
After issuing tickets, We cannot cancel your order. On weekdays, we arrange
tickets on the same day or the day after. Please consider your plan, and please
do not cause any change in your travel schedule.
